Day 6 Auckland Weta Experience & Maritime Museum

Today the weather was warm but rainy all day.  We had intended a day trip outside Auckland but with the wet weather we decided on some indoor sites in Auckland.   

So we visited the Weta Experience and the New Zealand Maritime Museum.

The Weta Experience.   If you are familiar with the Lord of The Rings movies, then there is a special effects, props and video games business in Wellington New Zealand, called the Weta Workshop, which did all of the creative work behind those movies.   The Weta Experience takes you behind the scenes of the movie creative process.  It was very entertaining.
